BFm srl still trusts the Protek team. We are pleased to have completed the installation of a new Fresat Dust + Solo. The Padua-based company Padua has chosen a special machine for the machining and mass production of parts made from significantly dusty materials. This is the third Protek machine for BFm, which had chosen two Unico TT in previous years.

They founded BFm in 2010 and today it offers solutions for every industrial application: technical articles, gaskets, protections, plastic processing and so on. BFm processes various materials such as foam, rubber, plastic, thermoplastic materials, asbestos-free. Today BFm collaborates with companies in multiple sectors: from food to chemicals, from chemicals to protections, through construction, household appliances, earthmoving and more.
A new Fresat for the company
Fresat is the ideal machine for multiple materials in multiple sectors: aluminium, foam, plastic and similar materials. The customer can see all his requests satisfied with the various options that we can install on the machine. For example, the Protek research and development department has also developed the multi-head option.
BFm chose the Fresat in the Dust + Solo two-head configuration. It is designed for cutting, creasing, VCut, kiss cutting of semi-rigid, expanded and flexible materials. You can equip the machine with a special unit that guarantees complete cleanliness of the working environment by removing dust and processing residues.
A safe processing
Then, Protek CNC looks at the safety of operators and the working environment. Therefore, responding to the current safety standards of the “European Machinery Directive” (CE), we equip the machine with control systems and with a safety area on all sides. In Fresat and in the other Protek products, we also install laser scanners on the side areas and front and rear safety mats.
